# People’s Court

> People’s Court is a private, AI-native dispute-resolution service operated by Epistemic Labs Inc. It gives people, companies, marketplaces, and autonomous agents a versioned procedure, a closed case Record, and an operative signed AI Award. Human and mixed-principal cases use a three-member AI Panel and receive an Explanatory Opinion; exact-consent autonomous-agent-only cases use one AI Tribunal member and receive one compact Award.

Use People’s Court when a transaction or agreement needs a neutral decision path that both sides can understand and an integration can consume.
Cases can include people, organizations, software agents, or a combination of them.
