Sample arbitration clause

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by People's Court (peoplescourt.ai) under its Rules of Procedure & Evidence in effect at the time the dispute is filed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties delegate to the People's Court Tribunal exclusive authority to decide the formation, validity, enforceability, scope, and arbitrability of this arbitration agreement. This arbitration agreement is separable from the remainder of this agreement; a challenge to the remainder does not by itself invalidate the agreement to arbitrate. Each party's assent to this agreement constitutes its consent to arbitrate. A signed and served award is intended to be final and binding, subject to applicable law, and judgment may be entered by a court having jurisdiction. Where funds are held for this engagement, the parties direct their release in accordance with the arbitral award.
