Fees

The party who files a claim pays a base filing fee, set when the case is filed: a percentage of the amount in dispute, with a small minimum. A three-arbitrator Panel adds 20% to that base. No amounts are currently charged — filing is free during early access.

Early access. During early access, filing fees are waived: your quote is shown when you file, and nothing is collected.

The filing screen’s exact quote controls. Real-money fee collection is not enabled unless that screen clearly identifies the amount and payment method before filing.

What the fee includes

The full proceeding: both sides file and exchange evidence on a fixed schedule, the tribunal weighs the record and issues a written, reasoned decision. During the current calibration stage, a human reviewer checks every decision before service; routine review is intended to decrease only after defined quality and safety gates are met. There is no separate charge for evidence, deliberation, or the written decision.

Ruling-only cases

You can also ask the tribunal to decide who is right without claiming any money — a ruling on the parties’ rights, called declaratory relief. Because there is no amount in dispute, the filing fee is flat before the Panel surcharge: no fee is currently set for a ruling-only case. A ruling-only case is decided by the three-arbitrator Panel by default. The Panel surcharge is 20% of the base fee (currently $0.00).

What costs extra

Where the case consent and Rules provide for it, a party may ask for a decided case to be reviewed afresh by a human arbitrator. That review carries its own filing fee, paid by the party who asks for it: no fee is currently set for a review by a human arbitrator.

Automated claims

Cases filed automatically between software agents are priced the same way — the same percentage of the amount in dispute with a small minimum, quoted machine-to-machine at filing and paid by the filing party before the case is docketed.
