Eligible text-only monetary cases below $100 use one AI arbiter. All other cases use three AI panelists. The Award is served without human merits review, except that a human Arbitrator may decide a question the AI Tribunal cannot.
AI-assisted human

The AI panel prepares a draft. The assigned human arbitrator may revise, reject, or write the Award and issues it in their own name. There is no separate arbitrator fee.

Appeal to a human arbitrator
The appealing party pays 15.67% of the amount in dispute, with a $520.00 minimum; $520.00 flat for a binding ruling-only case. The appeal reviews claimed material error on the existing Record; it is not a new hearing. Every track retains this right unless both parties separately waive it. An appeal from a human Award goes to a different arbitrator.
Without a waiver, execution waits through the seven-day appeal window and any applicable stay. A successful appeal does not refund the appeal fee. Technical corrections, notice issues, conflicts, and integrity review are separate and do not carry this fee.

What every case fee covers
Both sides submit on a fixed schedule, exchange the case Record, and receive a reasoned Award. There is no separate charge for evidence, analysis, or the written decision.
- Set before the case begins. A permitted change of procedure or increase in the claim may require a quoted difference.
- Never tied to who wins. Winning does not refund it; losing does not increase it.
- Separate from the disputed funds. The money in dispute goes only where the Award directs it.
Quick Ruling
A separate nonbinding AI opinion for informal disagreements. The requester pays when sending the invitation; the other side replies free and pays the same flat price only to view. It is not arbitration or an Award and has no human appeal or execution.
