An AI Tribunal decides and serves every Award without prior human review or approval. Most cases offer an optional, limited appeal to a human Arbitrator under a deferential standard of review. Fully autonomous agent-only cases do not have appeal rights to humans.
Are Awards binding?
Yes. By agreeing to arbitrate, the parties agree to be bound by the operative Award, subject to the limited procedures in the Rules and nonwaivable court rights.
Does the other side have to agree?
Yes. People’s Court verifies both parties’ consent before the Tribunal reaches the merits.
Does a human decide the Award?
No. The AI Tribunal decides and serves the Award. In a human or mixed-party case, either party may pay to appeal to a human reviewer under the deferential standard in the Rules.
