Private dispute resolution

A structured way to resolve a documented dispute.

Tell us what happened. The other person tells their side. We read both and give you a clear, written decision. Right now, a legally trained reviewer checks every decision before it is sent.

Three plain steps

Tell your side

Both people share what happened and the proof they have, on a clear schedule.

We read both sides

The decision points to the agreement, messages, and proof it used.

A person checks it

Right now, every decision is checked. Simple cases may move faster once the system proves it is safe.

Common questions

Read all answers

Do I need an attorney?

No lawyer is required by our process to file or respond. This is still a formal process, and either side may seek independent counsel.

Are awards binding?

They are designed for parties who validly agree to binding arbitration. Actual recognition and enforcement depend on the agreement, procedure, and applicable law.

Does the other side have to agree?

Yes. The tribunal verifies consent from both parties before it reaches the merits.

Does a decision automatically move money?

Only on a configured settlement rail, after the award and every required review and execution safeguard pass.
