Verify a case record
Check that the files in your downloaded bundle match its manifest. Everything runs locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and no installation or sign-in is needed.
Select the downloaded case-record JSON file, up to 50 MiB.
What the hashes cover
Each file’s SHA-256 covers its exact bytes, including the readable record. The manifest hash covers the file list, file hashes, exclusions, and recorded source snapshot hash. This check recomputes those file and manifest hashes and compares them with the values in your bundle.
The source snapshot hash identifies the captured source records. Those source records cannot be reconstructed from the bundle, so their hash is not independently recomputed here.
A pass means the bundle’s hashes are internally consistent. It does not authenticate the issuer, verify Award signatures, or establish the truth of the contents.
